Ashley was born and raised in Waterloo, Ontario and continues to live and work in the city. Starting from a young age, Ashley was interested in the law and was driven to find a way to use that passion to help her community.

Ashley attended the University of Waterloo, where she majored in Legal Studies and Political Science, with a minor in Sociology.  She then chose to pursue a career as a paralegal, obtaining her degree from TriOS College and interning at CWM Law. 

Ashley was called to the bar in 2025 after successfully completing her exam, officially realizing her goal of entering into the legal field. Prior to being called to the bar, through her internship and work at CWM Law, Ashley had already successfully negotiated settlement for CWM Law clients with the Landlord Tenant Board, Human Rights Tribunal, and Small Claims Court. 

With a promising future ahead of her, Ashley is an integral asset that allows CWM Law to continue our goal of improving access to legal services in the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge region and beyond.
