Today was a very good Day! I finally got to meet Caitlin a wonderful, personable, Professional lawyer in Waterloo. In life everything happens for a reason which I truly believe. With that being said, I met Samantha (Caitlin's) sister was in a course that I was teaching. We got talking on our lunch and I was telling her some of my plans that I wanted to do. She then told me how her sister could help as she is a Lawyer. So, few months went by but I still had Caitlin's contact information. I called her office and spoke with her assistant Bobbie, a wonderful friendly lady. I also met Bobbie today, which helped me with getting everything done with Caitlin and making all the phone appointments and in person meeting. CWM was incredibly helpful as we updated wills and powers of attorney for my parents. Caitlin was thoughtful, thorough and caring in ensuring my senior parents' wishes were reflected in their wills and POAs. She even came to their house to sign the final papers so they were in the comfort of their own home when signing documents for their final wishes. We were very grateful that she identified a property ownership issue with the Land Registry that was rectified to ensure a much smoother transition upon passing. Thanks for everything Caitlin and Bobbie. We will be recommending you to others and will be back to update our own documents!
